Delivery
Orders are sent on a tracked UK service. Tracking details are emailed at dispatch and shown on your secure order page.
Damaged or incorrect plates
If your plates arrive damaged or do not match your order, contact us within 14 days and we will replace them at no cost.
Bespoke items
Number plates are made to your specification, so the standard right to cancel for change of mind does not apply to correctly manufactured items. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
